Thursday 2nd June Music Event and Beacon Lighting at the Railway Arches, 2pm – 10pm The Jubilee Beacons is one of the official events of the Platinum Jubilee in 2022 as part of an extended bank holiday, from Thursday 2nd to Sunday 5th June. Thousands of beacons will be lit by communities, charities and different groups throughout the regions of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and UK Overseas Territories. Another Busy Week of Removals in Dorset
It was another busy week for us here at Pitmans Removals with several moves within Dorset. Ity felt like we visited most towns this week with our teams out on the road helping our clients move to and from places such as Blandford, Shaftesbury, Sturminster Newton and Dorchester. We also did a couple of part-loads which we delivered to Poole and Bournemouth which we picked up whilst on our way back from a house move where the client relocated further North. We love weeks like this where we get to go to lots of different areas throughout Dorset and work with so many lovely clients. Next week is looking just as busy with a few movies we will be putting into our storage facility in Blandford Forum so that the clients can keep the sale of their house moving. Multi Drop Across UK
We have recently been employed to do a removal to collect belongings from our hometown of Blandford in Dorset and deliver to Four different addresses throughout the UK in Newark, Bradford, Sheffield and Newcastle upon Tyne all for the same family due to a family bereavement.
3 Bedroom Removal From Wool
Today we have moved a three bedroom house from Wool. The owner packed their belongings which we have then moved into storage in Blandford. They moved out of their home to avoid losing the sale of there house.
Small Removal From Ross on Wye, Shropshire
Although we are based in Blandford Forum in Dorset our removals take us all throughout the UK. This week we have been to Ross on Wye in Shropshire where we collected some small part loads which we transported back to two different drop offs in Blandford.
Removal in to Storage and Onwards
We moved a client from his temporary flat in Blandford, Dorset to his new house along with the rest of his effects from store. He had purchased a new house and wanted to decorate and lay new carpets before moving in. This removal was collected from a four bedroom house in Blandford with a full packing service and stored just before Christmas last year.
