How can we book a removal? either, fill in a submission form our email us our even phone, and then we can arrange a survey, or you can provide a list.
What is not allowed in your Storage? We can take most household and office goods – With the exception of Firearms, flammables, Dried foodstuff, perfumes, coins, Title deeds, and Paint.
What insurance cover do we have? Our insurers provide us with 25k worth of cover on home-to-home moves. If you declare a value of more on the acceptance the amount you pay for the insurance may be increased. We do not add insurance cost on to your move.
How much notice do you require to book a move? We don’t take provisional bookings, only bookings on a guaranteed completion – It’s always a good thing to keep us in the loop of you date you expect to move.
Can we arrange for boxes? Yes, to contact us if you have a date, we then can supply them or you buy them from our Main Depot.
Fridges / Freezers do we need to leave them for a while after they have been moved Yes, its importance to leave the Fridge or freezer for about an hour, before turning it back on – this allows the gases inside to settle.
When do we pay for your services? All our removals days are paid in advance of the move. In some circumstance’s payment would be expected before delivery.
Notify gas and water companies? You can still keep your utilities providers; you might want to inform them of your changes when you have exchanged contracts.
Be present on your moving day Its important to be present on your moving day to make sure you are dealing with situations when they arrive, also you can check around the property to make sure you have everything and then you can read the meters.
